If you are installing Windows XP on a SATA Hard disk drive then you have to set the Virtual Hard disk driver from the Virtual Machine to SATA before you do a Windows XP test installation. * You can include Extra Programs and Custom Settings by opening the "*.ISO" file with an ISO Editor and by editing the files "*.cmd" with an Text Editor in the directory "(source)\OEM\RunOnce" and the file "WINNT.SIF" in the directory "(source)\I386". * If you are planning to install this Windows XP on many computers and you want a full automated installation then open the "*.ISO" with and an ISO Editor and replace the file "WINNT.SIF" in the directory "(source)\OEM" with the one in the directory "(source)\I386". If you do this then Windows XP will automatically format your main Hard disk drive and then it will install itself on new created partition. If you are replacing this "WINNT.SIF" file then you will loss the Recovery Console and the Repair Option that you normally can run from the Windows XP Disc. * If you get a Blue Screen Error at the installation or the Windows XP installation hangs or you have a RAID problem then this is probably because of a SATA driver issue. You can fix this by using the F6 option for loading custom driver with a Floppy disk or by doing the steps under "How to Remove the included Drivers and include your own Drivers". If you get a Blue Screen Error then you could try a workaround by changing the BIOS setting "SATA/AHCI" to "OFF" or "SATA Mode" to "IDE" but if you do this then you will loss around 2 to 8 percent of your Hard disk speed. (o) General: * The Minimum Computer Requirements is 600 MHz Processor, 256 MB RAM, 4 GB Hard disk drive, Super VGA (800x600) Video Adapter. * This Windows XP is based on the original Windows XP professional SP3 32-bit (Volume License) ISO from Microsoft. * The default installation process of this Windows XP is Unattended with the Prompt repair option. * This Windows XP is updatable there is no Windows XP Activation or Crack needed a CD-Key and all the other user required inputs are filled in automatically during the Windows XP installation (Unattended Setup). * This Windows XP is Booting and Running a little bit faster than a normal Windows XP because all Windows XP Updates are slipstreamed and because some useless Windows XP files and Programs are removed. * After the Windows XP installation you have 60 seconds to choose if you want to include the Preconfigured Settings and the additional programs if nothing was selected in 60 seconds then the option Yes will be automatically selected. * All Preconfigured Settings will be also included to all new created user accounts at the first account login. (o) For Newbies: * If you have problems to find the drivers for your computer then try the program Ma-Config at "www.ma-config.com" or the program DriverPack Solution at "www.drp.su" but i recommend to download the drivers directly from the websites of the chipset manufacturers. * If you miss some default Windows XP programs then take a look in the Windows XP Favorites folder there you will find alternative links to better programs, Some of this default Windows XP programs are removed because they have been replaced a long time ago by Microsoft with an newer version for example the Outlook Express program was replaced years ago with the Windows Live Mail program. * If you want to change the Windows XP CD-Key then use the Tool "Windows XP Key Changer v1.0.vbs" in the "(source)\OEM\INFOS" folder. * If you have a question or a problem then visit the Website "www.zone54.com", But before you post make sure you can't find the solution in 10 minutes over a Web Search Engine or over the Forum Search Engine at "www.msfn.org". [#] HELP GUIDES -> ------------------------------------------------------------------ (o) How to Remove the included Drivers and include you own Drivers: 1. Download the SATA Driver for your computer and then make a new folder on your hard disk drive and extract all the files with a Zip Program like 7-Zip to this folder (If there is no "txtsetup.oem" file in the Zip file then you need to use google to find the SATA Driver that has this file icluded because without this file it will not work). 2. Make a new folder and name it "WINXPCD". 3. Open the ISO file "Windows XP Professional 32-bit en-US - black Edition v201X.XX.XX.iso" with a Zip Program like 7-Zip and extract all the files into the "WINXPCD" folder. 4. If you see a "[BOOT]" folder in the "WINXPCD" folder then delete this "[BOOT]" folder. 5. Now go to the ".\WINXPCD\OEM" folder and run the file "DriverPacks BASE - Remover vX.X.X.cmd". 6. Now download and install the Program nLite from the "www.nliteos.com" website. 7. Start the nLite program and click Next and Browse to the "WINXPCD" folder and after everything has loaded click two time on the "Next" button and then select the option "Drivers" and then the option "Bootable ISO only" and then click on the "Next" button. 8. Now Click on the "Insert" button and then choose the option "Multiple driver folder" and then Browse to the 32-bit SATA Drivers folder and then click on the "OK" button. 9. Now Select the Windows XP 32-bit SATA driver and then click on the "OK" button and then choose the option "Textmode driver" and select all this options in the Box "Textmode integration options" and then click on the "OK" button and then click on the "Next" button and then click on the "Yes" button and if the integration is done click on the "Next" button. 10. And at the Option "Label" write "WinXP_32-bit_BE" or whatever you want (Maximum 16 characters) and then click on the "Make ISO" button and now Browse to the directory where you want to save the new Windows XP ISO file. (o) How to install Windows XP from an USB Flash drive: * First make sure your Computer (motherboard) is supporting USB Booting if you don't find any option for this in your BIOS then this is not supported by your Computer (motherboard). 1. Make a new folder and name it "WINXPCD". 2. Open the ISO file "Windows XP Professional 32-bit en-US - Black Edition v201X.XX.XX.iso" with a Zip Program like 7-Zip and extract all the files into the folder "WINXPCD". 3. If you see a "[BOOT]" folder in the "WINXPCD" folder then delete this "[BOOT]" folder. 4. Now download and install the Program WinToFlash from the "www.wintoflash.com/home/en/" website. 5. Now Start the WinToFlash Program and follow the Wizard instructions (The "Windows files path:" is the "WINXPCD" folder that you created and the "USB drive:" is the USB Flash drive that you need to plug into your computer). 6. If you done the Windows XP USB Flash installer then restart your computer and then press the key for the "Boot Menu Option" and then select the USB Flash device with the Windows XP on it (If you don't see any key for the "Boot Menu Option" then press the key for the "BIOS Settings Menu" and set the Boot Priority for the USB device above the Hard disk drive and then select save and exit, but don't forgot to change it back afterwards). * If you have a problem installting Windows XP from an USB Flash drive then visite the WinToFlash forum at "www.wintoflash.com/forum/index.php" but before you post a new topic make sure the solution can't be found in 10 minutes over the forum search engine. * You can use any program you want to make a Windows XP USB Flash installation there is no difference between this Windows XP and a normal Windows XP in doing a Windows XP USB Flash installation. (o) How to install Windows XP new: 1. FIRST BACKUP ALL YOUR FILES ON A SEPARATE STORAGE DEVICES. 2. Download all the Up-to-Date Drivers for your Computer (You find the drivers on the websites of the chipset manufacturers). 3. Check if your Mainboard has the latest firmware installed you can skip this but it is always better to have a bug free BIOS. (You can get the latest mainboard firmware from the website of your mainboard or computer manufacturer). 4. Now extract the ".iso" file from the ".zip" file and select in your brun program the option for burning an image (ISO) file and burn the disc at a slow speed like 4x to avoid missing file errors during the Windows XP installation and then select the option to verify the disc after the brun process is over, If you need a good Burn Program i recommend the ImgBurn program at "www.imgburn.com". 5. After you have burned the Windows XP disc you have to insert the disc it into your Optical Disc Drive and then restart your Computer. If your Computer restarts you should see a message saying "Press any Key to boot from the CD." if you see this then press any key on your keyboard, If you don't see this message then you need go into your "BIOS Settings Menu" and set the Boot Priority option for your Optical Disc drive above the Hard disk drive. 6. If the Windows XP setup is done loading then press on your Keyboard the key "ENTER" and then the key "F8" and then the key "ESC". 7. Now delete all the partitions on the Hard disk driver where you want to install the Windows XP (Default "C:") by pressing the key "D" on your Keyboard and then the key "ENTER" and then the key "L". 8. After you have deleted the partitions you need to select the same Hard disk drive again (Default "C:") and then press the Key "ENTER" on your Keyboard and then select the format option "Format the partition using the NTFS file system (Quick)" and then press the key "ENTER" and then the Windows XP installation process will start. 9. After the Windows XP installation you should make sure you install all the Up-to-Date Drivers for your Computer. * If you get during the Windows XP installation corrupt file error(s) or missing file error(s) then you need to do this: 1. Burn the Disc at the lowest possible speed. 2. Don't use old scratched Disc(s). 3. Clean your Optical disc drive(s). 4. Use or buy another Optical disc drive. 5. Install Windows XP from a USB Flash drive (WinToFlash). Download and Install Kaspersky 2013: www.kaspersky.com 2. Open Kaspersky 2011 License Manager (from lower right corner). 3. Click 'Activate the application with a new license' button. (Delete any trial or old key first, by clicking the red X next to the key). 4. Disable your internet connection. 5. Select 'Activate commercial version' and enter the activation license code as 22222-22222-22222-2222U 6. Wait activation wizard message-Click OK. 7.
